The UNO R3 Development Board compatible with Arduino features the ATmega16u2 USB-to-serial converter used in the original Arduino® UNO. This way, thanks to the built-in USB drivers installed when the Arduino® IDE is installed on your computer, you can use your board directly without the need to search for and install an extra driver.
