XH-M401 DC-DC Step Down Buck Converter Power Supply Module XL4016E1

The XL4016E1 is a 180 kHz fixed frequency PWM buck (step-down) DC-DC converter capable of driving a 12A load with high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. Requiring a minimum number of external components, this regulator is easy to use and includes internal frequency compensation and a fixed frequency oscillator. The PWM control circuit can linearly adjust the duty ratio from 0% to 100%. It has an overcurrent protection function inside. It provides over current protection, over temperature protection and short circuit protection. When the short protection function occurs, the operating frequency will be lowered from 180KHz to 48KHz. There is an internal compensation block to minimize the number of external components. When the maximum output current reaches 8A, you need to add a fan. The long-term operating current is 5A.

Release the button to enter the input voltage calibration mode (“IN” ON); hold the button for 4 seconds and release the button (“OUT” ON) to enter the output voltage calibration mode; Press and hold the button for 4 seconds and release the button to exit the calibration mode, all parameters will be saved automatically.
