Notify me when its in stockThe HC-SR501 Adjustable IR Motion Detection Sensor is a sensor used to detect live motion in an environment using passive infrared (PIR) technology. It is a module that can be used with many microcontroller platforms, especially Arduino® boards. Since the PIR sensor is frequently used in Arduino® based projects, it is also known as a PIR sensor compatible with Arduino.
This module, which has a digital output, gives a logic 0 output when it does not detect motion in the environment, and a logic 1 output when it detects motion.
If you ask how the PIR sensor works, there are two potentiometers, Sx and Tx, on the PIR motion sensor. The Sx potentiometer changes the detection range of the sensor between 3 and 5 meters. The Tx pot adjusts how much longer it will output a logic 1 (3.3V) from the output pin after the sensor detects motion. The installation process is also quite simple. The sensor is ready to work immediately after the necessary connections are made. Thanks to its user-friendly design, sensitivity adjustments can be made easily. Standing out with its low power consumption, the HC-SR501 provides energy efficiency and is also ideal for long-term use.
Make your projects smarter and increase security with the HC-SR501 Adjustable IR Motion Detection Sensor!
