This board can be used as USB-UART converter and programmer. There is an internal FT23RL IC which is produced by FTDI .Mini USB B type connector is available. Package doesn't include USB Cable.
Reset pin is available, so you can program your microcontrollers which don't have a USB connection like Arduino Mini.
Jumper are avilable for switch from 3.3V/5V and switch between logic and Vcc voltages.
