Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our products are legally considered spare parts. Since they are sold as open circuits, not sealed, they are prone to user error. Therefore, we only provide an initial operation guarantee for our products.
Return
You may return your order within 30 days from the day you receive it from the shipping company, addressed to "Robotistan Elektronik Ticaret A.Ş." at "Atatürk Blvd. No:108/8 İkitelli - Başakşehir / Istanbul", along with a printed invoice with the Return Section fully completed by you, under the following conditions. (*) Shipping costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the sender. If you are returning a product that was part of a campaign or included a gift item, all related items must be returned together, and any gift vouchers will be canceled. To avoid any disruption, please notify us in advance by email at [email protected] if you wish to initiate a return.
(*) If the invoice for the product was issued in the name of a corporate entity, a return invoice must also be issued by that institution and included in the return package. This invoice should only include the product unit price + VAT, without shipping costs.
Return Conditions♦ Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, goods with prices determined on stock or organized markets, goods prepared based on consumer requests or clearly personal needs, periodicals, perishable items or those with a short expiration date cannot be returned.
♦ For sealed products, the right of withdrawal applies only if the product’s packaging has not been opened, damaged, or used. Products returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.
After your product is received by Robotistan, its packaging, accessories, and invoice will be checked.
If the return is approved, depending on your preference, a gift voucher of equivalent value will be issued or the product fee will be refunded within 3 business days.

If your payment method was credit card, your refund will be issued to your card.

If you paid via bank transfer/EFT or cash on delivery, the refund will be issued to the IBAN number you provide. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Damaged/ Deformed Product♦ We recommend inspecting your product upon delivery. If you detect any damage or deformation, please request a Damage Report from the courier and return the item immediately without accepting it. For products found to be damaged or with deformed packaging, a Courier Damage Report is mandatory. Otherwise, damage claims will not be accepted.
♦ Once the courier reports the damage to Robotistan, the return process will be initiated and a refund will be issued.
Defective/ Broken ProductAll products come with an initial operation guarantee. If your product malfunctions during first use, follow the steps below for warranty-related return/repair processes:
♦ First, click [here] to check if a solution to your issue exists in our support articles.
♦ If no solution is found, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing [email protected].
♦ Print out your product invoice and the [Defective Product Acceptance Form] and fill out both completely.
♦ Send the product, along with the filled-out forms, to the address below using one of the shipping companies listed, with the specified contract number, as receiver-paid:

♦ Once received, the packaging and accessories will be inspected, and the item will be forwarded to our Technical Support team.
♦ Testing and evaluation may take up to 14 business days.
♦ If further clarification is needed, we will contact you via email. If we cannot reach you within 3 business days, the product will be placed on hold for 30 days without any action taken.
♦ If a defect is confirmed, the product will be either replaced or refunded (depending on your choice) within 3 business days. All related shipping costs will be covered by Robotistan.
♦ If the fault is found to be caused by user error (e.g. drops, liquid damage), the product will not be replaced or refunded, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
♦ If no fault is found, we will notify you and return the product. Shipping costs in this case will also be your responsibility.
♦ We will email you the final status and tracking number once the process is complete. Products that are not claimed within 3 business days or for which no updated delivery address is provided will be held for 30 days, after which Robotistan is not responsible.
♦ We are not responsible for any data loss due to repairs on memory-based devices. Always ensure you back up your data.
♦ No pirated or unlicensed software will be installed by our team. We are not responsible for previously installed such software.
Missing Product/ Accessory♦ Invoices are placed in a transparent pouch on your product’s package. If you did not receive it, check with your local courier branch. If needed, we can send you a stamped “certified copy.” Please provide your full address for this.
♦ For missing items, compare the invoice with the contents of your package. Some items might be shipped separately (partial delivery). You can check this in your “Order Tracking” section.
♦ If an item is missing, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Missing Product in My Order” within 30 days. We will send the missing item within 10 business days free of charge.
♦ If a part of the purchased item is missing, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Missing Accessory” within 30 days. We will request it from the manufacturer and send it to you free of charge within 10 business days.
Incorrect Product♦ If the product you received does not match what you ordered or what is listed on the invoice, notify us within 30 days via [email protected] under the subject “Return and Reshipment.”
♦ We will provide a shipping return code so you can send the product back without paying for shipping.
♦ Once the incorrect product is received, it will be inspected by our logistics and supplier teams. If no issues are found with the packaging, the correct product will be sent to your address free of charge.
♦ If no mistake is found in the product, we will inform you and may process a return based on your request.
