The TF Mini LiDAR Sensor is a distance measurement sensor that operates based on the time-of-flight (ToF) of unidirectional laser light. It is a high-level sensor capable of delivering high performance in a small form factor. The TF Mini LiDAR sensor uses UART communication as its communication protocol. It can be used directly with development boards such as Arduino® boards. Additionally, if desired, it can be used directly with a computer using a USB-UART converter board. The software required for this is provided for your use in the documents section.

The TF Mini LiDAR can measure distances between 0.3 and 12 meters. With a refresh rate of 100Hz, it operates with an accuracy of 4 cm between 0.3 - 6 meters, and 6 cm between 6 - 12 meters.

Important Notes:
- The TF Mini LiDAR may not work on highly reflective surfaces such as mirrors or smooth tiles.
- There may be difficulties in obtaining accurate results on highly transparent objects such as water or glass.
- Do not touch the circuit board with bare hands. Wear electrostatic gloves if necessary.
