SD Card Shield v4
SD Card Shield v4
The SD Card Shield v4 provides external storage space for Arduino® boards.
It is compatible with the Arduino® board's own SD card library. With the help of the library, you can write data to or read data from the SD card.
It supports SD, SDHC, and Micro SD cards up to 32GB. It uses the SPI port for SD card communication. The pin distribution is as follows:
- D4 -> SD_CS
- D11 -> SD_DI
- D12 -> SD_DO
- D13 -> SD_CLK
To use it with Micro SD cards, it is shipped with a Micro SD card adapter.
Like many other shield types compatible with Arduino®, female headers are included so that a different shield can be added to the top layer.
It features one I2C and one UART port for easy use with Grove products. It can be easily used together with Grove modules.
Note: The headers of this product are shipped unsoldered.
