Revopoint MetroY Pro combines multi-line blue laser with full-field blue structured light technology to enable detailed and repeatable 3D scanning of small to medium-sized parts with single-frame precision down to 0.01 mm and single-frame accuracy up to 0.02 mm. With 5 different scanning modes, and scanning speeds up to 7,000,000 points/s in blue structured light mode and 1,700,000 points/s in laser mode, complex surfaces and fine details can be digitized in high resolution in a short time. Thanks to its wide 49° × 38° field of view, Wi-Fi 6 wireless transmission, RGB 2 MP camera for color scanning, and the Revo Metro software ecosystem, it integrates directly into many professional workflows from reverse engineering to quality control. Support for marker, global marker and feature (surface feature) tracking makes workflows such as handheld scanning, 360° scanning with a dual-axis turntable, and high-detail capture in a fixed position highly reliable. With the included dual-axis turntable and 3rd generation mobile kit, MetroY Pro is designed to maximize productivity in reverse engineering, quality inspection, jewelry/dentistry, cultural heritage and product design scenarios in the workshop, office or on-site, with common formats such as PLY/OBJ/STL and CAD-friendly export options.
