How to find the ideal printing temperature?
PLA filaments are generally known to melt between 190-220°C. However, each filament type has a specific temperature range where it delivers optimal performance. Printing at this temperature can create a clearly visible improvement in print quality.
When you open a new filament spool, it is recommended to first determine this optimal temperature to ensure better quality in your future prints. You can find the optimal temperature by printing a Temp Tower (temperature tower). A Temp Tower is a model made up of multiple levels. While preparing the G-code file, each level is printed at a different temperature. After the print is complete, each level is examined one by one and the temperature that provides the best visual quality is selected. This value represents the optimal printing temperature for the filament you are using.
