The MT3608 is a high-efficiency, fixed-frequency step-up (boost) DC-DC converter IC offered in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package. Operating at 1.2MHz, it enables the use of low-cost passive components and supports high efficiency. It features soft start for controlled inrush current and switches to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) under light loads to save energy.
