The ELEGOO Mercury Plus 2 in 1 Washing and Curing Station V2.0 is designed to provide an all-in-one post-processing solution for resin 3D prints. With upgraded protection, flexible washing modes and powerful 360° curing, it helps you achieve cleaner, stronger and more detailed results in less time.
Upgraded Protection Function: Sealed washing prevents alcohol from evaporating during the cleaning process. The fanless curing mode makes operation quieter, and the UV-blocking cover can block up to 99.95% of ultraviolet light to protect your eyes.
Smart Curing and Washing: The front TFT screen directly displays the set time and remaining time, making operation simple and intuitive. With 16 built-in 405 nm UV LEDs and a 360-degree rotating turntable, the model can be cured evenly from all directions.
Flexible Washing Modes: Models can be placed in a washing basket to be cleaned separately, or you can mount the build plate with the models still attached to avoid direct contact with uncured resin. The height of the platform bracket can be adjusted to match the liquid level in the bucket.
Ideal Compatibility: Compatible with most LCD/DLP/SLA 3D printers such as ELEGOO Mars, Mars Pro, Mars C, Photon, Photon S and more, providing ideal support for washing and curing your 3D resin prints.
Special Notes: The washing function is not very suitable for 3D models printed with water-washable resin, which are better cleaned under running water.

Flexible Cleaning Methods
Washing with the Build Platform
If the printed model has not been removed from the build platform, mount the build platform onto the adjustable platform support (the height of the support can be adjusted according to the liquid level in the bucket, with a maximum model height of 120 mm), then hang the platform bracket on top of the column to start the cleaning process.
Washing with the Bucket and Basket
If the model has been removed from the build platform, place the print into the cleaning basket (maximum model height 160 mm), then hang the basket on the column to start washing. Models larger than 15 mm can use this cleaning option, and several small models can be cleaned together in the same bucket.
