Notify me when its in stockThe BK180S is a new generation automatic robotic soldering system that combines soldering station functions with a smart 32-bit ARM4 microprocessor robot control system.
The BK180S Soldering Robot Station is designed for industrial soldering with a 32-bit ARM4 microprocessor developed for improved operational efficiency and control.
It has the ability to analyze operating performance and conditions and notify the user of any abnormalities. It calculates the operating conditions, operating hours, and consumption rates of consumables such as resistors and soldering tips, and alerts the user by estimating the remaining service life of such parts for future reference.
High-frequency eddy current heating technology directly transfers electromagnetic wave heat to the soldering tip, reducing soldering time and minimizing potential damage to components caused by heat. It also minimizes the negative effects on soldering tip lifespan caused by heat loss.
Compared to a fixed-temperature soldering station, a soldering station using high-frequency technology is ideal for lead-free soldering due to its heating and temperature recovery speed.
Although ordinary temperature-controlled soldering stations on the market are said to be adjustable to 400 degrees or higher, their weak heat capacity and temperature recovery capabilities mean that they are insufficient for successful lead-free high-temperature soldering in colder solder joint conditions.
High-frequency soldering stations reach the required temperature (between 200° and 480°C) in 10-15 seconds—they are very fast. Once the required heat is set, the tip temperature remains within ±1 degree C, while temperature fluctuations in traditional soldering stations can reach up to 8 degrees depending on the brand and model.

Adjustable for different soldering processes for different products, up to 100 process groups can be saved and modified.
Calculates the remaining lifespan of consumables such as resistors and soldering tips by analyzing working conditions, working hours, and consumed consumable lifespan, and alerts the user.
Designed with the standard data format MODBUS-RTU protocol to enable interaction with other equipment robots.
