The A3144 is a unipolar Hall Effect magnetic sensor designed for magnetic field detection applications. Thanks to its high sensitivity and wide supply voltage range, it is widely used in speed sensing, position detection, rotation measurement, and magnetic switching applications.
Housed in a TO-92S package, this sensor features an open-collector digital output and can be easily interfaced with digital systems using an external pull-up resistor. When the magnetic field strength exceeds the operate point (Bop), the output switches to a LOW level; when the magnetic field drops below the release point (Brp), the output returns to a HIGH level. Its robust structure and wide operating temperature range make it a reliable solution for both industrial and hobbyist projects.
