ULN2003 - DIP16 IC

The ULN2003 is a 7-channel open-collector Darlington transistor driver IC. Each channel can handle up to 500 mA of current, making it ideal for driving relays, stepper motors, LEDs, and other inductive loads. The IC is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels and includes built-in flyback diodes for protection against voltage spikes generated by inductive loads. Its DIP-16 package makes it easy to use in breadboards and prototype circuits.
