The TL431 is a high-precision, adjustable shunt voltage reference IC. Using its internal 2.5V reference and external resistors, it provides an adjustable output voltage range from 2.5V to 36V. With a tight ±1% tolerance, it is well suited for applications requiring accurate voltage reference and regulation.
The SOT-23 surface-mount package is ideal for compact circuit designs and automated assembly processes.
