Brand-New DLP 3D Printer: The ELEGOO MARS 4 DLP 3D printer uses TI (Texas Instruments) DLP technology to project a 405 nm beam directly and concentrically onto the bottom of the resin vat, achieving up to 95% light uniformity. Tempered glass replaces traditional LCD screens with up to 95% light transmittance, effectively reducing light diffusion and stray-light interference. Meanwhile, the full grayscale edge-smoothing algorithm greatly reduces jagged edges, making the model surface smoother and more precise.
20,000+ Hours Lifespan: The service life of the DLP projector can be as long as 20,000+ hours, which is 10 times longer than the 2,000-hour lifespan of an LCD screen. This means you can save significant maintenance costs by reducing the need to replace LCD screens.
Low Power & Ultra-Quiet Printing: With an ultra-low operating power of 12 W, it saves energy and is eco-friendly, consuming about 1/7 the power of typical LCD printers. Since lower power consumption generates less heat, no cooling fan is required for heat dissipation, reducing printing noise to under 48 dB.
More Stable Structure: The Z-axis linear rail has been thickened from 15 mm to 20 mm, effectively reducing vibration amplitude during Z-axis movement and minimizing layer lines on printed models for better final print results. A sandblasted build plate with strong adhesion helps improve print success rate.
Smart Voxeldance Tango Slicer: Three printing modes are available: static mode and dynamic mode (including smooth and high-speed modes). In dynamic mode, the slicing software dynamically adjusts the print speed according to the cross-sectional size of the printed model to reduce the impact of release force, improving printing efficiency. In addition, ELEGOO has developed a new open-source GOO slicing format that is compatible without being restricted to a single slicing software.
Purified Printing Environment: The built-in USB-powered air purifier with activated carbon can absorb and filter resin odors to create a fresher printing environment. Digital Light Processing (DLP) uses a digital light projector to project the entire layer image directly onto the bottom of the resin vat, with UV light selectively reflected to specific positions to be cured by a digital micromirror device (DMD).
The ELEGOO DLP projector adopts an LG high-performance LED light source + 13-layer lens set design, delivering up to 4 mW/cm2 light intensity and up to 95% light uniformity. Combined with tempered glass featuring 95% light transmittance to minimize light scattering and light bleed, the result is higher printing accuracy than LCD 3D printers with the same resolution.

High-Precision Printing
Using a 2K projector with 2560 × 1440 pixels and 52-micron XY resolution, the printing speed can reach 70 mm/h and dimensional accuracy is ±0.05 mm. Combined with the full grayscale edge-smoothing algorithm, you can print crisp, detailed models with a minimum aperture of 0.2 mm and a minimum cylinder of 0.25 mm.
