Bedrock Ultrafuse TPC 45D Natural Filament is an engineering-grade TPC (Thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomer) filament developed using BASF Forward AM Ultrafuse technology, combining high flexibility with excellent mechanical strength. With a Shore hardness of 45D, it offers a more rigid structure than conventional TPU filaments while maintaining elasticity.

Thanks to its natural color, it provides a clean and semi-transparent surface appearance. Its high impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical stability make it an ideal choice for functional and long-lasting 3D printed parts.

Bedrock Ultrafuse TPC 45D is easy to print on FDM/FFF 3D printers. It is suitable for users who want to produce break-resistant, semi-flexible, and durable parts. Typical applications include gaskets, covers, clips, protective housings, cable holders, and functional prototypes.
