BASF Forward AM Ultrafuse 316L is an innovative metal filament composed of stainless steel (316L) powders and polymer binders. Inspired by traditional metal injection molding (MIM) processes, it enables the production of metal parts on desktop FFF/FDM 3D printers. It offers excellent mechanical strength, high corrosion resistance, and metal properties that meet industrial standards.

Printed parts achieve 100% metal properties after sintering. It provides high density, durability, and long-lasting performance. It is an ideal solution for functional prototypes, custom parts, and low-volume production in automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial manufacturing applications.
