The Bakon BK698A ESD wrist strap and heel strap tester is a multi-test station developed to check whether ESD protection equipment is functioning correctly. The device can simultaneously test three independent functions: left shoe, right shoe, and wrist strap. This ensures that users are properly grounded and helps create a safe working environment in production, maintenance, laboratory, and quality control areas.

Standard wrist straps can be tested with a single button, and the device operates with the 9V battery included in the package. The LOW – PASS – HIGH LED indicators provide instant test results to the user. In addition, the device can optionally be used with an AC adapter. With its heel strap test plate and durable white stand designed for fume extraction systems, it offers long-lasting use. Regular annual calibration is recommended.

The device stand should be placed on a dry surface, and the test pedal should be kept clean. This ensures more accurate and reliable measurements.
