Asus Tinker Board S R2.0/A series features a robust and refurbished quad-core ARM-based processor. It offers significantly improved performance over other popular SBC cards. Because it has an ARM-based processor, its fixed-function processors enable a wide variety of uses, including high-quality media playback, gaming stabilization and rendering.
The Asus Tinker Board series is equipped with an HD codec that supports audio up to 24Bit/192kHz. It supports audio output and microphone input without integrated audio jack extension module. The audio jack also offers seamless plug-in detection, so it automatically switches audio output to an audio jack when speakers or headphones are connected. Tinker Board S R2.0 series also has Gbit LAN for internet and network connectivity. A dedicated bus resource designed for the LAN port ensures consistent Ethernet performance. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth controller is protected by a metal cover to ensure minimal interference and enhanced radio performance.
