This product is a clone one but has almost the same pins and features with popular Arduino Nano. The original one of this product is Arduino Nano. The discrapencies of this product are USB to serial converter chip and some others. This differences reduce the price respect to original Arduino NANO.
On the latest clones of Arduino models, The CH340 usb - serial converter chip has been used instead of Atmega 16u2 of the FTDI chip.
The popular usb to serial chip CH340 works well and its drivers is already installed on Win 8+ and Linux. Unfotunately if you use Win 7 or MAC OS X you need to install your drivers manually.
To install CH340 driver on Win 7, click on the link, extract the files from the zip, go to CH341SER folder and open setup.exe.
The Nano card was updated in June 2018 with a different bootloader, and when choosing the card type for the Nano card with the previous version design, you need to select the following: (Tools> Processor> AtMega328P (Old Bootloader) must be selected.)
