Why is the nozzle clogged?
As a result of a very common mistake, users make mistakes when changing raw materials (filaments). While passing from ABS filament to PLA, the heat settings are changed, but some ABS filament remaining inside is not suitable for that heat and its flow is interrupted. This causes congestion.
What are ABS and PLA filament grades?
The PLA filament is between 200-220°C and the nozzle between 50-70°C is quite suitable for the table temperature. For ABS filament, the nozzle temperature is between 240-270°C and the table temperature is between 80-110°C.
