XBee ve IO Expanding Shield is a IO expanding board which you can use with Arduino boards and makes it easy to stack XBee, Bluetooth, RS485 and various sensors and input/ output units on board.
Arduino's all pins are in standard 3-pin (DATA, VCC, GND) layout on board. Therefore you can do various sensor and servo motor connections easily. You can feed servo motors by giving external 5V from servo power screw terminal.
There are also standard pins on board for XBee module connection. Wanted bluetooth module connection can be made through APC & BT pins
Vin screw terminal or Vin pins are connected to Arduino directly. Boar can be operated with voltage between 7-12V from these inputs.
There is Sp485 Half-Duplex RS485 Transceiver on board for RS485 connection. It can be used by making the connection on RS485 connection screw terminal.
It can be selected that Arduino 0 and 1 pins are connected to either RS485 or XBee- Bluetooth route by RS485/TTL selection jumper.
